1. Scope and operator
This service and the connected platform are an independent personal project owned and operated by Muhammad Sabir. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by MakeOpinion GmbH or the makeopinion.com website. References to third-party services describe technical integrations only.
This notice covers the operations dashboard served at extlogin.space/dashboard/ for authorized team accounts, operated by Muhammad Sabir. It explains processing by the dashboard and its backend. Features and records available to you depend on your role and assigned page permissions.
The Link Batch Opener extension and World Clock companion are described separately. This policy page is public and does not require dashboard sign-in.
2. Account, sign-in, and browser storage
Sign-in uses your Link Batch Opener Admin ID and password. The service verifies credentials against the account record and issues a session token. Account records can contain name, team, role, active status, page permissions, and feature permissions.
Login/session records include login and expiry times, activity status, user-agent information when provided, and the connecting IP address obtained by the backend. Session data supports authentication, security, and revocation.
The dashboard stores its session token and account display details in browser local storage. Some preferences, installation identifiers, and interface state also persist in the browser. The administrative impersonation workflow uses separate session storage for its isolated session state. Local storage can survive closing a tab; clearing site data or signing out changes locally held state, but does not delete server records.
3. Work information processed by dashboard modules
| Module or category | Information and use |
|---|---|
| People and access management | Names, Admin IDs, teams, roles, active status, and permissions used to manage work accounts and authorize pages. |
| Attendance and scheduling | Sign-in/out times, attendance sessions, work durations, shifts, expected hours, correction records, and scheduling assignments. |
| Leave and swaps | Requested dates, reasons or notes supplied by users, cover arrangements, responses, approval status, and related workflow records. Avoid unnecessary health or other sensitive details in free-text fields. |
| Salary-slip tools | Authorized access to payroll-related calculations and records based on people, attendance, and configured payroll information. These records can reveal financial or employment information. |
| Quality, monitoring, and issue tools | Identifiers, work URLs, source links, lookup inputs, selected or extracted records, monitoring results, issue descriptions, and feedback submitted through enabled operational tools. |
| Configuration and shortcuts | Domain and keyword rules, app identifiers, tool settings, and shared text-expander definitions maintained by authorized users. |
| Quiz and reporting | Assigned content, submitted answers or results, reports, and statistics available through the corresponding module. |
Not every category is collected from every user. The enabled workflow and submitted information determine the records involved. Do not enter unrelated personal or confidential data into general-purpose fields.
4. Dashboard usage and administrator visibility
Authenticated dashboard usage reporting records page visits, active-presence signals, and tool-use events. Records identify the Admin ID and can include snapshots of name, team, and role, the dashboard page, action, tool identifier/name, and timestamps. Impersonated activity can include the acting administrator’s identifier.
Authorized reports summarize activity, recent presence, page use, and tool counts. Presence signals are operational indicators; they do not by themselves establish attendance, continuous work, or the contents of a user’s screen. The reporting system is account-associated and is not described as anonymous.
Pages that load Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights can also send page-view, navigation, and performance measurements to Vercel, subject to deployment settings. Public privacy pages themselves do not load those analytics scripts.
5. AI assistant and external model processing
When you use the dashboard AI assistant, your question, relevant conversation history, and supported page context are sent to the backend. The current implementation uses Google Gemini to plan and write responses. Requests can include business-rule/schema context and relevant authorized database results needed to answer your question.
This means relevant content can be transmitted to Google for model processing; it is not confined to your browser or the Link Batch Opener database. Do not include passwords, tokens, unnecessary sensitive personnel details, or confidential information you are not authorized to share with that service.
Database tools use validation and permission checks for supported read workflows. Generated answers may still be incomplete or inaccurate and should be checked before decisions affecting people or operations. You can choose not to use the assistant and use the available standard dashboard tools instead. Provider retention and processing terms depend on the configured service agreement; this page does not promise zero retention or that submitted content is never used by a provider for any other purpose.
6. Purposes and authorized access
Information supports account authentication, team administration, work scheduling, attendance and related calculations, operational quality workflows, reporting, troubleshooting, and the assistant when requested. The organization determines the applicable lawful basis for its work and personnel records, taking account of relevant law and the context of your relationship.
Backend access checks limit modules and actions by role and permissions. Administrators or other designated staff can access records and reports needed for their assigned functions. Where enabled, impersonation allows an authorized administrator to view a supported account context for assistance; it is separate from an ordinary user session and can be represented in operational records.
7. Recipients, integrations, and international processing
The application uses Vercel for hosting and related services and Supabase for backend database services. Google Gemini processes relevant AI requests. configured third-party CPX, MakeOpinion, and Prime endpoints and other operational destinations receive information when an enabled tool calls or submits to them.
Information can be accessible to authorized organization staff and service providers supporting delivery, security, and support. Where information is handled outside your country, the applicable provider agreements and legally required transfer arrangements govern that handling. Contact the organization for details of the arrangements relevant to your account; this notice does not assert a particular hosting region.
8. Retention, backups, and deletion
Browser settings and session details can persist until sign-out, removal of site data, expiry, or replacement. Expired sessions can be marked inactive by maintenance; marking a session inactive is not the same as deleting its record.
Account, attendance, scheduling, leave, payroll-related, usage, issue, and security records have different operational and recordkeeping purposes. There is no single automatic deletion period promised by this policy. The organization should provide the applicable schedule on request. Backups and provider logs may follow separate retention cycles, and legal or security obligations can require continued retention.
Deleting browser storage or uninstalling an extension does not remove server-side dashboard records. Contact support to request a review of records that may be corrected, exported, or deleted.
9. Your choices and safe use
- Sign out and clear site data when appropriate, especially on shared devices.
- Review information before submitting it and avoid unnecessary sensitive details in notes.
- Ask an administrator about role permissions and who can view your records.
- Use available correction or approval workflows to resolve inaccurate work records.
- Choose whether to submit a question to the AI assistant.
- Contact support for access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion requests.
The dashboard is an organizational work service. Disabling required storage or account access can prevent it functioning. Withdrawal from optional features does not necessarily remove records the organization must retain.
10. Security and data-use commitments
The service uses HTTPS, authenticated backend requests, account permissions, and validation for supported operations. Protect your credentials and do not share active session tokens. Although safeguards reduce risk, no online service provides an absolute security guarantee.
Dashboard information is used for the disclosed work-service and related operational purposes. It is not sold for advertising or used to determine creditworthiness or lending eligibility. Information received from Google APIs is handled in accordance with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements, where that policy applies to connected extension functionality.
11. Contact and privacy requests
Contact Muhammad Sabir at Sabirqureshi104@gmail.com. State that your request concerns the Operations Dashboard, identify the relevant account or record category, and describe the request. Never send your password or session token. Verification may be required to protect work and personnel records.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or a complaint to a supervisory authority. Some information may need to be retained for legal, contractual, employment, or security reasons. The organization can provide details about legal bases, retention periods, providers, and applicable rights for your circumstances.
12. Changes and related policies
Effective: 19 October 2026. This notice should be updated when processing, integrations, or reporting practices materially change. Additional organization-specific employment, payroll, or account notices may apply to the corresponding records.
